SUPERVISOR: Principal
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management of the roster and administrative duties of the program. Ensure that all participants are properly registered. Ensure that all trips and competitions are properly submitted, vetted, and approved.
- Oversee Speech and Debate team including facilitating individual event coaching, coordinating captains, enforcing team policies, and collaborating with the middle school program when appropriate.
- Organize registration for all team tournaments including entries, judges, fees, and travel logistics.
- Organize and facilitate practices, parent meetings, and judge training as well as facilitate weekly team communication.
- Attend all team practices, tournaments, and fundraising activities.
- Fulfill league membership requirements including filling out paperwork, arranging payment of dues, and attending yearly coaches’ meetings.
- Assist in the coordination and onboarding of volunteers to ensure district volunteer policy is followed.

Pennsylvania State Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
Federal Criminal History Record Check (Act 114)
