EXPERIENCE IS WELCOME. DRIVE IS REQUIRED.
Professional kitchen experience is a plus—but it is not a requirement.

You will be expected to:
- Follow recipes, procedures, and direction accurately
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Accept instruction and constructive feedback
- Show up consistently and ready to work
- Take pride in your station and your work
- Learn proper technique rather than simply learning shortcuts
- Work respectfully as part of a team
We invest heavily in training.
If you have the drive to learn, there is room to develop serious professional culinary skills here.
