The Concessions Crew Member is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
- Plan work on orders so that items served together are finished at the same time.
- Complete orders from steam tables and placing food on plates to serve.
- Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on food in coolers.
- Perform food preparation tasks such as scooping and serving, and wrapping burgers.
- Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen and dining areas.
- Performing opening and closing duties to ensure cleanliness, safety and security of Joint
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
- Ability to handle stress under pressure and in fast-paced situations
- Work well with others and collaborate as a member of a team
- Basic math and calculation skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to handle standing for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues
- Current certifications as required by state and local laws
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation rules
