Responsibilities

- Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras and access control systems to oversee premises effectively.
- Respond promptly to emergencies using established protocols, including first aid, CPR, and fire safety measures.
- Write clear and detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities.
- Manage conflict de-escalation and conflict management techniques to resolve disputes calmly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Security Guard from an accredited program in the State of Tennessee
- Proven experience with surveillance systems such as CCTV and familiarity with access control systems.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety protocols.
- Ability to perform physical security duties involving patrolling, heavy lifting, and manual handling with diligence.
- Strong incident report writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Demonstrated understanding of compliance with security regulations and loss prevention strategies.
