What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Nurse Aid - BAYLOR position at Union House Nursing Home Inc?
The Union House Nursing Home is a 44-bed skilled nursing facility that provides Quality and Compassionate Resident Centered Care to the residents we serve. We are located in downtown Glover, Vermont.
We are currently looking to hire qualified LNAs to join our nursing team as DAYSHIFT BAYLORS. The shift is 6:45am to 7:15pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday; with a substantial pay incentive.
As an LNA, your primary role includes:
- Working under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing, Clinical Supervisor and Charge Nurses
- Provide personal care which includes but not limited to: bathing, grooming, dressing and assistance with meals
- Daily Documentation
- Promote and participate in daily activities for the residents
- Take and record vital signs as well as weights
- Follow infection control protocols
- Communicate and document any and all changes in resident overall health
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
