Specialist Access Management Details

Essential Job Duties:

• Supports end users with system access.
  • Assist users with sign on information to ensure employees, vendors, students, physicians and other Union Health associates have proper access to systems, applications, and equipment.
  • Monitors Microsoft licensing regarding Okta.
  • Take pictures of staff and print employee badges as well as grant proximity access.
  • Maintains responsibility for user logon and account creation as required.
  • Performs audits to ensure employees have proper access to systems, applications, and the network.
  • Provides end user training for incoming employees, contract employees, students, and physicians.
  • Provides reporting as requested to determine status of employee access.
  • Assists users remotely
  • Prepares documentation for internal use and for users.
  • Responds to user needs in a timely, accurate, and customer service-oriented manner.
  • Administers ACME, system access application, to ensure completeness and data integrity.
• Assists Information Systems management.
  • Assists in gathering information for analysis.
• Assists in established departmental guidelines.
  • Maintains integrity of system databases.
  • Assists in detail definition of system processing steps.
  • Prepares and maintains documentation.
  • Works with department personnel in solving problems.
  • Participates in department performance improvement and customer service initiatives.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding patient and strategic Hospital information
  • Attends department meetings, required Hospital training sessions, seminars, workshops, and classes to enhance work performance.
  • Exercises tact and diplomacy in dealings both within and outside of the department.
  • Applies independent judgment and carries out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) necessary to communicate effectively with associates at all levels. 
• Flexible work schedule to meet department needs
