Position Summary:
The Lead Cardiac Rehab Nurse will oversee the daily operations of the cardiac rehabilitation program, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards. This role combines hands-on nursing with leadership responsibilities, guiding staff and collaborating with physicians to deliver safe and effective rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care within the cardiac rehab program, including assessment, education, and monitoring.
- Lead and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
- Assist in scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for clinical expertise and mentor team members in best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred OR minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cardiac Nurse.
- Licensure: Current RN license in [State].
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in cardiac care or cardiac rehabilitation.
