Union Fitness is a family-owned fitness studio in Eagan built for women who want to feel strong, healthy, and supported for the long haul. We’re looking for a positive, people-oriented Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, welcome new members into our community, and support the continued growth of the studio and programs like Empower-U. Compensation
- Base salary: $45,000, depending on experience
- Performance bonuses: up to $15,000 annually, tied to new member conversion and retention
- On-target total compensation: up to $60,000

What You'll Do
- Coach 12–15 hours per week across group fitness, small group training, and personal training
- Welcome new members through in-person consultations and walk them through their first 30 days
- Manage group fitness instructors — class quality, coverage, scheduling, and recruitment
- Build genuine relationships with members and proactively reach out when someone hasn't been in
- Plan quarterly events, challenges, and community partnerships — including signature programs like Empower-U
- Maintain a weekly social media presence that reflects the women who train here
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3 years in boutique fitness with both coaching and leadership experience
- Active certification in group fitness or personal training (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Genuine warmth — you know how to make someone feel seen on day one
- Demonstrated success converting prospects into paying clients
- Comfortable with a schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, and some weekend mornings
- Strong written and verbal communication
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working with adults over 40
- Familiarity with MindBody and/or CRM systems
- Social media content creation experience
- Existing professional network in the Twin Cities fitness community
- Background managing or hiring instructors
