What You’ll Lead
This role plays a key leadership position in the organization and is responsible for
building the operational infrastructure that allows the practice to grow and thrive.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the full patient journey, from the first phone call through treatment
- Driving revenue growth, EBITDA performance, and overall practice profitability
- Managing accounts receivable, billing processes, and collections performance
- Building and refining operational workflows, SOPs, and accountability systems
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members and department leaders
- Implementing KPIs and scorecards that keep the organization aligned and performing
- Ensuring HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance
- Managing vendor relationships, facility needs, and practice technology
- Collaborating with marketing partners to ensure patient growth aligns with clinical

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred (or
- 5 years of dental practice or DSO operations leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational performance
- Strong financial acumen and ability to read and act on practice financials
