Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid & Remote role for an Email Marketing Manager. The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns to promote services and drive client engagement. The role includes tasks such as developing email content, managing email lists, A/B testing, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring compliance with email marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in email marketing, including campaign creation, list management, and analytics
- Skills in copywriting, content creation, and editing for email campaigns
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar
- Understanding of A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize future campaigns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
