JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, The Human Capital Classified Analyst will perform the pre-employment and onboarding processes for noncertified/classified employees. This position will support the identification of human capital needs for the departments that they serve and support and will assist in initiatives to fill identified organizational needs.
