Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory procedures, aseptic techniques, and various medical treatments.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as collecting samples and performing basic laboratory tests
- Provide wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring healing progress
- Administer injections, including dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments
- Assist with neonatal ventilator management for infants in need of respiratory support
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Provide health coaching to promote wellness and disease prevention
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records using eClinicalWorks
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in [state]
