Lead Maintenance Technician
A well-established apartment community with over 50 years of service is seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service to residents, and is committed to maintaining a safe and well-kept property.
This is a full-time position. Participation in an on-call rotation is required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs throughout the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work
- Repair and install new appliances as needed
- Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with maintaining the exterior appearance and overall curb appeal of the property
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and applicable health, safety, and environmental laws
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Assist with snow removal, salting, lawn care, and general grounds maintenance
- Coordinate and work with contractors and vendors as needed for repairs and project work
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Lead the Maintenance Team in daily tasks and projects
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and repair
- HVAC certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Experience with snow blowing and plowing preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
