High-Speed Bottling Machinery Specialist

Ready to keep a high-speed line on beat?

Do you notice a bearing before it squeals? Can you set up a filler, pivot to a labeler changeover, and still spot a conveyor jam in time? If you love making complex equipment run safely and reliably, this role is for you.

Your first 90 days: what you’ll tackle

• Master start-ups, shut-downs, and changeovers across fillers, labelers, packers, conveyors, and palletizers.
• Shadow Maintenance to learn escalation paths, then own basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance and complete routine inspections for wear, leaks, damage, and abnormal noise.
• Study equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and schematics to speed up safe adjustments.
• Document production and maintenance work with accuracy and clarity.
• Apply safety, GMP, food safety, quality, and company standards without compromise.
• Partner tightly with Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, and Production to hit targets while protecting product quality.

Compensation, hours & workplace

• Pay: $20.00–$28.00 per hour, DOE
• Shifts: All 3 shifts
• Status: Full-time, Non-Union
• Minimum hours: 48 per week
• Weekend: Required
• Overtime: Required as needed
• Location: In person

Bring this to the floor

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in machine operation, mechanical work, manufacturing, or industrial equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic diagnostic skills.
• Confidence with hand and power tools.
• Ability to spot problems and complete minor adjustments and repairs.
• Comfort following written procedures and verbal direction.
• Reliable attendance.
• Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and 48 hours weekly.
• Ability to work safely around moving industrial machinery.

Nice-to-have experience

• Beverage, food, packaging, or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Experience with fillers, labelers, packers, palletizers, conveyors, and similar equipment.
• History of equipment set-up, adjustment, repair, or modification.
• Forklift or pallet jack operation.

Physical realities of the job

• On your feet and moving for long stretches.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Exposure to moving machinery, noise, and production materials.
• Work in hot, cold, wet, or fast-moving production areas.
• Consistent use of required PPE.
