Union Bank is looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with their banking needs, delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, and digital banking tools
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions

Requirements

· Ability to provide excellent customer service.
· General Math skills
· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.
Salary : $20 - $23
