What are we looking for?
As a Commercial Loan Officer I, you will be responsible for the generation of quality, profitable commercial, residential and municipal loans within defined lending authority. Assume responsibility for collection and resolution of loans granted. You will also assist other Commercial Lenders with loan requests and relationship management. You may also be responsible for the operational management of assigned branch locations.

Requirements
1. BS or BA in Business Management and/or 5 years of banking and/or accounting experience is preferred.
2. Knowledge of generally accepted commercial loan underwriting methods and criteria.
3. Familiarity with quantitative methods and tools used to evaluate commercial loans, including the use of computer spread sheets.
4. Familiarity with environmental issues as they pertain to commercial real estate lending, permitting processes, and Level I site assessments.
5. Familiarity with legal terms, issues, commercial, and municipal laws.
6. Responsible for keeping up to date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles.
7. Software Utilized: Microsoft Office Suite, Jack Henry Silverlake, Baker Hill.
Salary : $75,000 - $130,000
