What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Unimex Trade & Logistics, LLC?
The CSR plays a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely information to customers, numerous and information control. Will possess a deep understanding of all product lines and processes along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Must be adept at driving continuous improvement. A highly detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Works under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
2. Maintain accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, rates and services.
3. Assist customers with placing new orders, coordinating pick ups and deliveries, and providing shipment tracking updates.

5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
7. Follow up with customers to satisfaction with services and address any outstanding concerns.
8. Stay update on industry trends, regulations and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
9. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, suggesting process improvements or enhancements when appropriate.
10. Participate in training session and workshops to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
