CNC Operator
Unilux Advanced Manufacturing — Schenectady NY (on-site)
Full-Time | $22–$34/hr DOE | Mon–Fri
State-of-the-art shop manufacturing top-quality commercial & industrial boilers.
What You’ll Do:
- Program & run modern CNC equipment (plasma table, Haas lathe, tube/pipe benders, CNC welder)
- Set up tooling, zero/reference points & offsets; prove & tweak part programs
- Load stock, verify first-run parts to international standards
- Perform preventive maintenance & troubleshoot machinery
- Collaborate with engineering on DXF files & specs
You Have:
- HS diploma or equivalent; 5 yrs CNC operation/programming preferred
- Strong math (geometry/trig), CAD/software proficiency
- Attention to detail, safety-first mindset, good communicator
