What You’ll Do:
✔ Ensure Quality Excellence – Inspect and verify that all products meet or exceed company standards.
✔ Conduct Routine QC Checks – Test and inspect products throughout the manufacturing process.
✔ Monitor & Report – Identify and document any defects or inconsistencies in real time.
✔ Measure & Inspect – Assess raw materials and finished products for compliance with quality specifications.
✔ Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with operators and supervisors to maintain efficiency and consistency.
✔ Recommend & Implement Improvements – Assist in refining processes to enhance overall product quality.
✔ Follow Safety & Company Guidelines – Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and workplace policies.
✔ Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
✔ Maintain a Clean Work Area – Contribute to overall workplace organization and cleanliness.
✔ Adapt & Grow – Take on additional tasks and projects as needed.
What You Bring to the Team:
✅ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Required)
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) Preferred – Ability to read and write in English.
✅ Strong Attention to Detail – A keen eye for color variations and product consistency.
✅ Experience with Quality Control Tools – Familiarity with statistical process control, root cause analysis, and 5S
✅ Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot and identify areas for improvement.
✅ Mechanical Aptitude – General knowledge of proper tool usage and maintenance.
✅ Physical Stamina – Comfortable with standing, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
