What You'll Do
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Monitor production equipment and perform minor adjustments
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Report on safety, quality, or mechanical concerns
- Support our Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized workplace by following 5S principles
- Assist with plant cleanup and other production duties
This position requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read production documents
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Forklift experience is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time, 12-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Must be available to rotate to night shift during peak season
- 10%-night shift premium
