Sanitation Core Crew Operator
Location : Sikeston, MO
Shift Hours : 2 : 00 - 10 : 00
Shift Pattern : Monday-Friday
Pay Rate $ Per Hour - Paid Bi-Weekly

Who You Are & What You’ll Do
Principal Accountabilities :
- Perform the job duties in a manner, which is safe for yourself and others around you, including compliance with all PPE requirements and other established safety practices.
- Comply with all quality / GMP issues including all documentation. Follow all established sanitation procedures.
- Perform environmental and sanitary cleaning as required. Cleaning to include equipment, drains, walls, ceilings, floors, and other areas as assigned.
- Able to perform working in heights and operate a lift upon hiring.
- Able to complete HAZWOPER Training within 1 year of employment.
- Be involved with UMS Program and take part in continuous improvement process by completing area assessments and reporting any damages or repairs needed (F-tags), or any improvements needed (Kaizens) found on BuildApp platform.
- Report Safety or Quality based observations found on BuildApp platform.
- Clean and sanitize drains
- Clean and repair assigned water hoses throughout the Production floor.
- Clean electrical panels, conveyors, production room doors, walls, and general plant cleanup.
- Conducts AM workorders as assigned
- All other duties as assigned by a supervisor
What You'll Need to Succeed :
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Applicant must be a committed team worker with a strong sense of responsibility and good attention to detail. Effective problem-solving skills and an agile mind are essential.
Must be flexible within pattern of shift work to accommodate factory shutdowns, training courses
