  • Lead Import/Export Compliance Specialists through clear priority setting, day-to-day guidance, coaching, and ensuring consistent execution.

  • Improve trade compliance processes, systems, and data governance across SAP, ACE, broker portals, and related tools to support scale and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Transportation and Planning teams to monitor and improve logistics KPIs, including cross-border lead times, to support reliable planning, inventory positioning, and service performance.
  • Support logistics KPIs through strong customer service, supporting Dispatch Rate and On Time Dispatch performance through strong compliance execution and customer service coordination.
  • Ensure timely ocean and over-the-road (OTR) customs-clearance operations by reducing compliance-processing time, tracking performance, and driving corrective actions.

You apply strong judgment and technical expertise across U.S. and Canadian import/export compliance to proactively manage risk, ensure regulatory adherence, and enable reliable product flow.
