Deploys and supports Digital & Technology (D&T) products into NA market, as prioritised by BG-BU CDIOs. Lands D&T enabled outcomes on time and within budget, ensuring integration and embedment in the focus market for growth, savings, and operational effectiveness.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Drives Business deployment in the focus market for D&T, especially focused on landing products prioritised by CDIOs that are common across BUs
- Leads the planning, execution, and management of digital, data, and AI product deployment.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define scope, goals, plans and timelines
- Ensures the successful integration of digital technologies into existing systems and processes.
- Supports local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation across domains, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement
- Manages requirements and validation including: local data, systems integration, cross-product integration
- Accountable for business sign-off and validation
- Supports focus market change assessment & change management (including process change) for focus country and BU-specific priorities
- Front line issue management across D&T products landing in the country
- Digital expertise – experience with digital (Data, AI, tech) projects / products / programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Program / plan management to ensure delivery of outcomes
- Execution excellence
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

Salary : $141,680 - $212,520
