Job Title: Cultivation Technician
Location: Franklin, New Jersey
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cultivation team. As a Cultivation Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the daily care and maintenance of cannabis plants to ensure healthy growth and high-quality yields. This role involves hands-on plant work including watering, pruning, trellising, and defoliation, as well as monitoring for potential health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of plant care including watering, pruning, trellising, defoliation, and canopy management
- Monitor plant health and report signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies to the Cultivation Manager
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in cultivation areas
- Follow all company SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
- Support the team with other tasks as needed to meet production goals
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be willing to pay the state application fee of $70 (reimbursed after 90 days of employment)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid and up-to-date Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow strict compliance guidelines
