- Experience: Minimum 10 years (including 4 years in Healthcare domain and 5 years onsite experience)
- Product OWNER-new skills-workflow automation, such as Power Automate, N8N, and similar platforms
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.
- Direct interaction with clients at onsite to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and provide updates.
- Collaborate actively with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining high quality standards.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
- Healthcare Domain Expertise: Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare-related projects (e.g., payer, provider, EHR systems, claims processing).
- Onsite Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct client-facing experience at onsite.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions that align with business objectives

- Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
