Role: AS400 Support Lead
Location: Framingham, MA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
- Lead L2/L3 support for AS400/RPG400 applications.
- Monitor job queues, batch jobs, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues in RPG, RPGLE, CL/CLLE, and SQL/DB2.
- Manage incidents, changes, and production deployments.
- Perform RCA, provide permanent fixes, and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with business teams and guide junior support members.
Skills:
- Strong AS400/iSeries experience.
- Expertise in RPG, RPG400, RPGLE, CL, SQL/DB2.
- Good understanding of AS400 operations and performance tuning.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
