Embark on a journey with us in the realm of electronics manufacturing, where your role will be central to refining our SMT procedures and ensuring top-notch quality. You'll be collaborating closely with the Production Supervisor, focusing on touch-up and rework operations.- Be a detail-oriented technician: Perform intricate soldering tasks in line with IPC-A-610 standards and handle component reworks efficiently.
- Execute directives: Follow both written and verbal instructions, guaranteeing that each completed task meets our robust quality expectations.
- Team synergy: Demonstrate best practices and help new hires with troubleshooting while engaging in continuous learning through cross-training.
- 3 to 5 years of in-field manufacturing experience, sharpening your practical skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of component polarity, ESD regulations, and familiarity with soldering standards.
- Advanced knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD-001 is beneficial.
