Job Summary
The NPI Technical Writer creates and manages documentation, preliminary assembly procedures, and assists engineering staff in producing formalized assembly procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, prepare, and maintain accurate technical documents, including work instructions, engineering bulletins, and failure analysis reports.
- Helping to establish and document manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Working with design, manufacturing, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth product introduction.
- Analyzing technical data to identify areas for improvement and providing reports on productivity and quality.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and yield.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and relevant software.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
