Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift
This critical role oversees maintenance personnel, implements reliability strategies, and ensures safe, efficient operations of all systems and equipment.
The Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance efforts, enhance equipment reliability, and optimize facility performance by:
- Supervising and Supporting Maintenance Staff: Ensuring effective execution of maintenance tasks by technicians and mechanics.
- Scheduling and Assigning Maintenance Activities: Timely and efficient task completion to minimize equipment downtime.
- Implementing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Strategies: Minimizing equipment downtime and optimizing facility performance.
- Investigating and Resolving Equipment Reliability Issues: Identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
- Monitoring Equipment Condition: Ensuring operational readiness and compliance through inspections and audits.
- Maintaining Spare Parts Inventory: Ensuring availability of critical components for optimal equipment operation.
- Accurately Recording Maintenance Activities: Maintaining records of equipment history and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in industrial reliability and maintenance, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing machinery, maintenance practices, and reliability improvement techniques.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally and manage vendors.
