Position: Industrial Specialist, PT
Location: Hanover, MD
Shift: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 2pm - 6pm

Who You Are:
- Passionate about preventative care and rehabilitation.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
What Youll Do:
- Conduct pre-employment screenings.
- Provide body mechanics training and job coaching.
- Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
- Implement wellness and work simulation programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching.
- Promote health initiatives and engage with staff.
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management.
- Track and report program metrics.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
- Working in a safety sensitive environment
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Dress Code:
- Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE as needed.
- Steel toed shoes
