Job Title: Industrial Specialist full-time
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Specialist, where you'll work on-site to promote Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellness among employee populations. This role focuses on pre and post-injury programs, including Prevention Solutions and Post Injury Solutions, designed to keep employees safe and healthy. You'll conduct on-site assessments, implement wellness programs, and support post-injury rehabilitation. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving workplace health.
Hours are variable Monday-Friday, as early as 6am and as late as 7p, total of 40 hours per week. Requires travel between sites within Jacksonville.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain wellness and safety programs on-site.
- Provide job coaching, ergonomic assessments, and injury prevention strategies.
- Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and UHS management to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Track and report program metrics, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Preferred Experience:
- Industrial Setting: Experience working in an industrial environment.
Qualifications:
- PTA licensure in state of Florida.
- 2 years of experience in Occupational Health, Industrial Medicine, or Worker's Compensation.
