Position Details:
Position Title: Industrial Specialist
Locations: Jefferson, West Bend, Cudahy, and Menomonee Falls, WI
Schedule: PRN coverage (as needed), Monday through Friday

Who Were Looking For:
We welcome licensed Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants who are:
- Committed to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness
- Experienced in ergonomic assessments and early intervention strategies
- Passionate about creating safe and healthy work environments
Your Role:
As an Industrial Specialist, you will:
- Deliver body mechanics training and job coaching
- Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments
- Lead work simulation and wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement onsite injury prevention programs
- Engage employees in proactive wellness initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management
- Track and report program outcomes to measure effectiveness
Physical Demands & Dress Code:
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE required
