Position Details
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Availability: Schedule may vary based on client needs but will not exceed 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin LPN License (required)
- CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required)
- Strong interest in medical triage and onsite injury prevention
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Your Role
- Medical Triage
- Conduct patient assessments
- Administer first aid
- Perform audiometric testing (audiograms)
- Drug screens
- Provide job coaching
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Vision Screens
- Provide guided treatment under provider direction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Key Responsibilities
- Promote health initiatives and engage with staff
- Track and report program outcomes
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
