The IT Project Coordinator-Analyst plays a critical role in IT project success by leading in several areas that ensure project communication, collaboration and documentation. The PCA will report to the PMO and be assigned to a variety of IT Project phases. This role will work with IT, the business and third parties to ensure project success. More advanced, higher impact responsibilities will be assigned with successful delivery of work. Areas of Responsibility This position will have a number of assignments related to IT Project execution and will have broad exposure to the Alkegen business and business stakeholders. Duties include, but are not limited to: Project Coordinator Manage scheduling and stakeholder engagement. Communicate project status and KPI updates. Track project status. Lead and coordinate project meetings. Build and manage project plans. Budget development and tracking. Business Analyst Learn and document business processes. Capture and document project requirements. Create and maintain system User Guides. Organize and manage documentation repositories. Build relationships with assigned businesses SMEs. Other Assignments Support system testing and develop test scripts. Data development, analysis and reporting. Document and process development. PMO system configuration and scripting. Perform research and prepare reports on assigned topics. Technical Skills The Project Coordinator-Analyst should have a working, demonstrated knowledge of the following common productivity tools. Diligent in producing high-quality work. Excellent written and verbal communication. Compensation Range: $62,738-65,000 per annum. Salary : $62,738 - $65,000
