Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and reconciling accounts, while also handling front-desk duties, including answering phones and greeting clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including data entry, and reconciling accounts.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls to appropriate team members.
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Maintain accurate records and file documents appropriately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely processing of accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
