Role Description
This is a full-time role located in the Treasure valley, ID for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing a designated sales territory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include providing safety-related services such as first aid, personal protective equipment, safety training, and compliance assistance. The role also involves developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue growth, and conducting site assessments to address customer safety needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and territory management
- Knowledge of first aid, safety equipment, CPR, OSHA regulations, and safety training
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet goals and deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute within the assigned territory
- Experience in safety services or a related field is a plus
