Your role
Reporting to the HR and HSE Director,
The HSE Co-op Student has a unique opportunity to work equally in an office setting, lab setting, and on the manufacturing plant floor.
• Supports the HSE Team in various tasks and projects aimed at promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
• Participate in environmental sustainability initiatives as assigned.
• Provides valuable hands-on experience in HSE practices, procedures, and safety initiatives for the Unither Rochester site.
• The student will be exposed to both team and independent tasks.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Your profile
• Standard Office Environment
• Limited lifting less than 30 Pounds (Less than 10%)
• Limited bending and reaching (Less than 10%)
• Limited stooping, crouching and crawling (Less than 5%)
• Walking throughout the facility to other work locations (75%)
• Moving equipment on wheeled carts throughout facility
• Frequent visits to GMP Gowned Clean Manufacturing and Packaging Areas
Normal office environment and occasional controlled environment work that may require removal of jewelry and cosmetics.
Compensation range
20,00 - 25,00 USD
*The referenced compensation range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
