The Business Operations team at Unified is responsible for the strategy, design, and optimization of Salesforce, used for pre and post sales functions. The Manager, Business Operations will own the end to end workflow, including prioritization of upcoming initiatives and liaising with business and technical resources. Key stakeholders include Advertising Operations, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing. This role will lead, develop and manage a team of 5 resources, providing direction, prioritization and coaching to ensure consistent execution and delivery. This role will report directly to the SVP, Business Operations. This is a remote position.Process & Workflow OwnershipOwn the end-to-end design, documentation, and optimization of business processes and campaign workflows within Unified’s order management systemPartner with the Product team to build a comprehensive end to end workflowProactively identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and scalability risks; design future proof workflows to support business growthEstablish and maintain process standards, governance, and best practices across the teamProject Management Partner with Advertising Operations, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define business requirements, success metrics, and release prioritiesTranslate business needs into clear, detailed requirements, including workflow diagrams, solution designs, mockups, and acceptance criteriaLead discovery sessions, solution design reviews, and stakeholder alignment for complex, cross-functional initiativesOversee testing strategy, release readiness, and approval for production deploymentsChange ManagementOwn change management for system and workflow releases, ensuring smooth adoption across global teamsDevelop and maintain training materials, documentation, and enablement programs to support new features and process changesLead training sessions and knowledge transfer for stakeholders and operations teamsEnsure all process collateral remains current and aligned with system behaviorPeople ManagementDirectly manage 5 operations resources, including workload prioritization, performance management, coaching, and career developmentSet clear goals and expectations, ensuring consistent execution and accountability across the teamFoster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and stakeholder partnershipSkills & Experience6–8 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Management, or related roles3 years of people management experience, including managing global or distributed teamsProven expertise in defining, designing, and scaling business processes and workflowsStrong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and partnering with engineering teamsDemonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and change management effortsExperience with Salesforce and/or order management systems strongly preferredAdvanced analytical skills, including Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization***************************About UsUnified stands at the forefront of empowering marketers to make informed and impactful decisions through our industry-exclusive business intelligence platform, purposefully designed for social advertising.
