OB Hospitalist

Unified Women’s Healthcare is the leading national platform for women’s healthcare. Our affiliated practice with Florida Woman Care in the Sarasota area is seeking a full-time Hospitalist/Laborist providing OB Call coverage.  Residents and experienced Physicians are encouraged to apply.

Position Highlights:

• Physician will work a minimum of 6 shifts per month, each shift a 24-hour shift with a combination of weekday and weekend Call
• Physician will work in-house and be provided with a comfortable suite at the renowned Sarasota Memorial Hospital (Level III NICU) while on Call
• Full-time physicians are eligible for benefits and malpractice insurance coverage

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Current Unrestricted State Medical License
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain

City/Location:

• Sarasota is beautifully situated along the Gulf of Mexico, about an hour south of Tampa
• Known for some of the most beautiful white sand beaches, including Siesta Key, Sarasota is consistently voted in the top ten best beaches in the country  
• Filled with cultural arts, nightlife, nature preserves and sanctuaries, the activities are endless
