General Practice Manager for Medical Billing Company
Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and specialized high-volume medical billing company, where our selective clients place our company apart from others.
This is a newly created position, and you will work closely with the company president and owner, to manage all business operations.
We are seeking a candidate with experience in out-of-network physician medical billing.
You should be familiar with the physician revenue cycle management, (a financial process that tracks a patient's revenue functions from the initial appointment to final payment) and accounts receivable management.
Basic Requirements
- Experience in coding/billing surgery cases, claims follow-up, and general appeals management with CPC certification.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience managing accounts receivable, a fast learner who can identify problems, and implement change where necessary.
- Experience with coding for a physician's surgery
- CPC and/or CCS certification
- Coding gynecological surgery is a plus.
- Familiar with the Federal NSA (No Surprises Act)
- Some knowledge of State Surprise billing guidelines
- At least 5 years billing out-of-network surgeon’s claims (not hospital claims)
Nice to have.
- Experience using Tebra billing software is a plus.
- Experience with endometriosis claims is also a plus.
Our main office is in Red Bank, NJ. Hybrid after basic training will be available.
Salary based on experience; plus, a year-end bonus correlated to performance.
