Responsibilities:

- Help homeowners and businesses navigate insurance claims after disasters.

- Advocate for fair settlements, ensuring clients receive the compensation they deserve.

- Manage claims from start to finish, reviewing policies, documenting losses, and negotiating with insurance companies.

- Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with clients during difficult times.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes simply.

- Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.

- Self-motivated individuals ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

- Ability to obtain a Public Adjuster license (90% tuition covered by UPA).
