Responsibilities:
- Help homeowners and businesses navigate insurance claims after disasters.
- Advocate for fair settlements, ensuring clients receive the compensation they deserve.
- Manage claims from start to finish, reviewing policies, documenting losses, and negotiating with insurance companies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with clients during difficult times.
