Employment Type: Part-Time
Schedule:
- Monday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
We are currently seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Security Guard to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. The ideal candidate will be reliable, customer-service oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Requirements:
- Valid California Guard Card (Required)
- Ability to complete accurate and detailed DARs (Daily Activity Reports)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch and upper management when needed
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must wear the proper uniform at all times
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Duties:
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the assigned property
- Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations
- Observe and report incidents to help maintain a safe environment
- Complete detailed and accurate DARs and incident reports
- Communicate with dispatch and management as needed
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff
- Follow all site-specific procedures and company policies
