Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Ability to politely and professionally communicate over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clerical accuracy
- Track record of excellent attendance and punctuality

- Willingness to learn more
- 2 years of accounting or finance experience
- Associate degree

- Working in our office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with optional overtime in the peak season
- Compiling information and posting monthly clerical documents to a website for customer and broker use
- Preparing semi-annual reviews displaying a customer's healthcare expenses
- Submitting annual reports to reinsurance carriers for insurance renewal
- Ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in everything you do
