The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including scraping and grinding metal materials, moving materials, and checking for weld quality.

What You’ll Do:
- Scraping and Grinding: Prepare product by scraping and grinding surfaces to ensure they are clean and smooth, ready for further processing.
- Material Handling: Safely move and organize materials within the department, including loading and unloading supplies and equipment as needed.
- Weld Quality Inspection: Check the quality of welds on tanks to ensure they meet company standards, reporting any issues or defects.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in the department, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Who You Are:
- Prior experience in a similar labor-intensive role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in inspecting welds and maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
