What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Specialist position at Unified Community Connections Inc?
The following are required to be considered for employment:
An Associate's Degree in Human Services is preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
Two (2) to five (5) years in a Direct Care or Day Support Services program.

- Valid Driver's License
- Motor Vehicle Record with 2 or less points
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs. unassisted
Schedule:
Primarily Monday through Friday day shift.

Experience
Required- Comprehensive paid training is provided! To succeed, applicants must have the ability to comprehend instructions (verbal and written) and complete forms as required. Demonstrate the ability to communicate with individuals, medical professionals, and co-workers. Demonstrate basic computer skills using an electronic records/medication administration system. Lifting up to 50lbs. unassisted is required.
