Full-Time Operations Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Operations Supervisor to lead daily airline and ground operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent operational knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage teams efficiently while maintaining safety and service standards.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in airline, airport, or ground handling operations
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Sabre System
- Experience in AW and BW operations
- Experience in baggage service operations
- Strong knowledge of TSA and FAA processes, procedures, and compliance regulations
- Solid understanding of ramp safety procedures and operational compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word,etc
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities
- Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, safety, and company procedures
- Support and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Handle operational issues quickly and efficiently
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth passenger and baggage operations
- Maintain accurate operational reports and documentation
