Overview:
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern with a strong interest in Learning & Development, performance management, and broader HR initiatives. This role will support key projects focused on leadership training, job description optimization, and HR process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and updating job descriptions across ~45 roles to ensure accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance
- Support the design, development, and rollout of new leader induction and leadership training programs
- Contribute to performance management and L&D initiatives, including content creation and program coordination
- Partner with HR on project management efforts, including creating and updating SOPs and supporting shared services projects
- Provide support for company events and internal engagement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and performance management (less focus on employee relations/policy)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance-related work
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
