Job Duties:
- Maintain accurate records for individual employees regarding pay rates, shift details, promotions, transfers, sick leave, etc.
- Update all employee spreadsheets
- Performs various tasks associated with the organization’s human resources programs including but not limited to generating correspondence, charts, tables, graphs, etc.
- Responsible for monthly compliance reports and follow up.
- Performs HRIS data entry.
- Responsible for personnel file maintenance and audits.
- Appropriately tracks and manages inquiries and requests from employees and HR team members; adheres to established service level agreements. Handles all data in a confidential manner.
- Enter and maintain accurate data for the full employee life cycle, updated in real-time.
- Prepares or maintains employment records and files related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
- Ensures records are maintained in compliance with HR practices
- Revises human resource documents, procedures, and forms and assists with the administration of policies, programs, procedures, and processes in the direction of HR leadership.
- Assists with the performance management process as required.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO) and company policies
- Address workplace concerns, conduct investigations, and support conflict resolution
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possesses a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or business or a field related to the position preferred.
- Experience performing basic human resources, payroll, customer service, or general office duties.
- Proficiency on computers including Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal /communication skills - able to communicate and establish effective working relationships with all departments.
