⭐ What You’ll Do (High Level)
- Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver hands-on treatment and progress patients toward meaningful goals
- Partner with a supportive, multidisciplinary team (case managers, respiratory therapy, authorizations)
- Keep documentation clear and timely so care stays coordinated and uninterrupted
- Help create a calm, encouraging environment where patients feel safe to try, rebuild, and improve
- Quality time with patients (not a churn-and-burn schedule)
- A mission-first culture grounded in dignity, kindness, and follow-through
- A supportive team that removes friction so you can focus on therapy
- A clinic environment built for excellent care — with the tools you need
- Mentorship and collaboration (new grads welcome with support)
- Graduate of a CAPTE/APTA-accredited PT program
- Active PT license (or eligibility) in the state of hire
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A patient-first mindset and strong communication
