What You’ll Do
- Help clients with personal care tasks (bathing, hygiene, dressing)
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement
- Provide reminders for self-medication
- Prepare meals and assist with planning
- Keep the home tidy: laundry, dishes, light housekeeping
- Remove safety hazards and maintain a safe environment
- Run errands, grocery shop, and assist with appointments
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Help with scheduling and basic record updates
- You’re treated as a key member of the care team, not an afterthought
- We remove unnecessary administrative work
- You’ll have a supportive team around you — you’re never on an island
- We build fair schedules to prevent burnout
- Clear growth pathways that don’t require a nursing degree
- A mission grounded in compassion, dignity, and doing what’s right for clients
- A caring heart and patience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and communicate well
- Related personal care or housekeeping experience
- Understanding of HIPAA and basic safety practices
- Reliable transportation
